Welcome to ArrowEscapeRun ("Game"), developed and published by 4LinesInfotech, operating under the game studio brand NeuroLoop Games ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ArrowEscapeRun mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

18a. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • These Terms are between you and NeuroLoop Games only, not with Apple Inc.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
  • Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims or failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
  • In the event of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim, Apple is not responsible for investigation or defense.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
  • In-app purchases on iOS are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NeuroLoop Games operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
